Development[]
Having not been a part of the original concept for True Tail, Harper was conceived after the series gained a more school-centered theme.
Physical appearance[]
Harper has a petite build, and ashen-gray feathers with white markings. She has black hair, a yellow beak, and white-clawed talons.
Harper's outfit consists of a purple dress with lavender accents, and a purple flower headband in her hair.
Personality and traits[]
Harper is described as being sassy with a penchant for being in charge.
